TETRAD PROPERTY GROUP ANNOUNCES NEW HEADQUARTERS BUILDING AT AKSARBEN VILLAGE
Omaha, NE – Tetrad Property Group, a commercial real estate services company, today announced the development of a new four-story headquarters building in Aksarben Village. The project, which broke ground last week, will be located at 1811 Aksarben Drive. The new office building is approximately 54,000 SF and includes garage parking on the first level for tenants.

We have managed other building projects in the area including Baxter Arena, the Blue Cross Blue Shield headquarters building and the recently completed TH!NK Primary Care Facility,” said Tetrad Property Group CEO, Zach Wiegert. “Our company has experienced significant growth in our employment and project work over the past several years. This move will result in a better working environment for our growing company,” Wiegert said.
Construction is anticipated to last 11 months with users moving into the new facility next summer. Tenants announced in the new office building include Tetrad Property Group, Tetrad Corporation, and the Suzanne & Walter Scott Foundation. The building has an additional 36,000 SF of office space available for lease.
Tetrad Property Group specializes in providing agent representation in the real estate sector to create value for investor clients. They currently provide construction oversight, development and investment management services specializing in corporate, medical, housing and public institution projects.

The building architect is Holland Basham & Associates. Olsson Associates, Neilsen-Baumert Engineering and Morrissey Engineering are providing engineering services for the project. The general contractor is JE Dunn.
